##Technical information for implementing Property Video
This document is intended to give insight into the requirements we need, to allow for running your property video production.
##Technical data on videoproduction
In general, we produce videos in 720P HD, using a 16:9 widescreen format.
To allow for this, and to make the video production as smooth as possible, we need a few things from you.
###Intro slide layout As we produce in 720P HD per standard, we require a 1280 x 720px slide for the intro.
Furthermore, when producing intros with textual representation (Address showing on the intro for instance), we’ll need the font required, preferably as .ttf.
So, to build the intro, we’ll need decisions on the following:
###Outro slide layout
Basically the same requirements as for intro goes for the outro slide. In general, we recommend as simple an outro as possible, to not require the viewer to read extensive texts just before the video ends.
Usually, the outro will just consist of your logo, matched with an outro speak.
###Image sizes
In general, we require all images for the video to be in a higher resolution than the end product. The reason for this, is that the process of cropping and transitioning that goes on during the video, requires additional space around the active space.
If possible, we would like the images delivered to be full HD (ie. 1920 x 1080), as this gives us the space we need to perform transitions on the imagery.
###Music
When producing property videos, we use a musictrack for background sound below the speak. We can deliver the music track, or you may deliver your own, in case you want to use a track used in your commercials etc.
In case you want to deliver the track yourself, a good rule of thumb will be to deliver the music track as a stereo wave-file, preferably as a loopable track, more than 2 minutes long.
##Casedata
When ordering videos through out API (Described in the “Hot To Order” section - the data we receive should contain at least:
##Hosting
Currently, we have two solutions for delivering the final product.
Either has its own advantages, and may be picked to your liking.
If choosing to get our hosted solution, we use our hosting/streaming partner to handle the streaming of the videos.
This means that when embedding the video on your site, the player will automatically detect which platform you’re accessing the content from, and deliver a video file appropriate for the platform, either mobile, tablet or desktop.
We currently support the devices on this list for the hosted solution: http://signup.23visual.com/global/mobile-support
If we deliver the physical files to you for streaming, we try to provide the videofile in a format playable on most platforms, including mobile platforms.
Our standard setup will deliver the following filetype, but more custom file formats are possible.
Video: Baseline encoded h264. Playable on most mobile platforms.
Framerate: We render all videos using 25 fps as standard.
Audio: 2 channel AAC. Bitrate of 96k - 128, dependant on video size.
We currently render these resolutions, to provide HD as well as downscaled versions for mobile devices.
